Creamy Beef Noodles (from http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/)

2 pounds stew meat
2 Tbsp butter
¼ cup milk
1 Tbsp worcestershire
1 Tbsp black pepper


2 Tbsp dried minced onion
¼ cup beef broth
½ tsp salt
1 tsp herbs de provence
½ block cream cheese




Place all ingredients, except cream cheese, in Crockpot.  Cook on low 6-8 hours.  Before serving, stir in cream cheese.  Serve over warm egg noodles.
